Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://themobileautocareguy.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, The Mobile Auto Care Guy markets and arranges Brake Service, Alternator Repair, Suspension Service, Water Pump Replacement, Engine Tune-Up, Check Engine Light Diagnosis, Spark Plug Replacement, AC Compressor Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://themobileautocareguy.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Mobile Auto Care Guy or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. The Mobile Auto Care Guy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of The Mobile Auto Care Guy arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify The Mobile Auto Care Guy from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. The Mobile Auto Care Guy may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
